A standard Meet & Greet package from Jaysteel includes: a dedicated ground agent to receive or escort you, assistance with check-in and boarding passes, priority security lane guidance, baggage trolley and porter support, buggy service within the terminal, and meet & assist at the arrival gate. Premium packages may also include lounge access and immigration fast-track.

Jaysteel Meet & Greet is available at top airports across India including Mumbai (CSIA), Delhi (IGI), Bangalore (Kempegowda), Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad (Rajiv Gandhi), Ahmedabad, Pune, Goa, Jaipur, Kochi, Amritsar, Lucknow, and Nagpur. It is recommended to book the Meet & Greet service at least 24 hours before your flight departure to ensure availability and proper coordination.

Our agents track your flight in real time. In case of a delay or schedule change, your assigned agent will automatically adjust their arrival time at the airport accordingly. You do not need to call or make any changes — simply arrive at the airport and our agent will be there to assist you. For major rescheduling (more than 4 hours), please contact our support team.

"Booking Initiated" means your request has been received by Jaysteel and is being coordinated with our airport service team. You will receive a booking confirmation via email and SMS within 2–4 business hours. Once confirmed, you will also receive your agent's contact details so you can reach them directly on the day of travel.
